Action Boost2 Q10

Action Boost2 Q10 is an energy formula designed to provide rejuvenation and antioxidant protection while reducing fatigue, stimulating heart function, and enhancing memory and concentration. To achieve this, we have carefully selected ingredients with high bioavailability, including two forms of coenzyme Q10, carnitine, zinc, pomegranate, and black pepper extract.

Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone, is a key component of the respiratory chain found in cell membranes and mitochondria. It plays a crucial role in converting food chemical energy into biological energy in the form of ATP. Coenzyme Q10 is found in various foods such as meat, fatty fish, nuts, olive oil, and vegetables like broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, and cabbage.

Proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, glucose, amino acids, and fatty acids are the basic food ingredients converted into ATP energy with the help of coenzyme Q10. This conversion occurs in the mitochondria, which is particularly important for tissues associated with high-performance work, such as the myocardium, skeletal muscle, and brain.

To ensure the best results, we have included two types of coenzyme Q10 in our formula: CO Q10 80mg (equivalent to about 40mg absorbable) and CAVA Q10 20mg (corresponds to about 72mg absorbable). The latter is a coenzyme of high bioavailability, which is stronger and immediately absorbed by the body. Black pepper extract containing piperine is also included to aid in the absorption of CO Q10.

N-Acetyl L-Carnitine, produced from lysine and methionine, is an amino acid that transports fatty acids from the blood to the mitochondria to produce ATP energy in the cells. It also helps with cholesterol reduction and better protection of the cardiovascular system.
